Fall Makeup Look Using Too Faced I Want Kandee + Peaches And Cream Collections

Thank you Too Faced for sending me products from your I Want Kandee and Peaches And Cream Collections to try! As usual, all opinions and words are 100% mine. You know I wouldn’t lie to ya!

If you couldn’t already tell by the cute, patterned scarves that have hit the stores again, and the flood of students shivering around campus because they thought a t-shirt was acceptable in 50-degree weather, fall has finally arrived. Personally, it’s my favorite season because it means I get to wear riding boots with leggings, layer cute textured sweaters for class, and for once everyone is actually jealous of my collection of flannel tops in my closet. But, what makes fall even more exciting is the release of beautiful, new makeup collections! Not to mention the fact that the chilly fall weather doesn’t force your makeup to slide off your face.

So when Too Faced (a.k.a. one of my FAVORITE makeup brands in the universe) sent me their new@@ I Want Kandee and Peaches And Cream collections to try, I was literally crying tears of joy. Seriously you guys, I’m super excited to tell you all about these products because they’re so beautiful, and many of them are perfect for creating fall looks for class, work, coffee dates, and more.

So I’m pretty much sharing a super easy look that I did using some of the products that I received, and I really want to talk about the items. So keep reading to learn more. Oh! By the way, I did a thing on YouTube and posted my first video swatching these lipsticks and eyeshadows!! Ahhh, I’m so proud of myself for finally doing this (and finally pulling an all-nighter to edit footage). I’ve wanted to create a YouTube channel for such a long time and now here it is. I DEFINITELY have a lot to work on and a long way to go, but I think it’s just fine for a start. Since there are a lot of products, I talked about most of them in the video, and I’m discussing the remainders with you right here. Check out that swatch video below and don’t forget to show me some love and subscribe to my channel! 😉

 Fall Look…

Too Faced I Want Kandee Collection

For this look I used my usual foundation from L’Oreal and pressed powder from Neutrogena, except this time a dabbed on the Too Faced I Want Kandee Banana Pudding Brightening Face Powder on top to set everything. It’s a translucent powder that blurs any imperfections, and I certainly have a lot and obviously this won’t make your pores and pimples completely disappear, but I did notice that it made my skin look a little smoother in general.

Too Faced I Want Kandee

For eyeshadow, I wanted to keep the look simple so I only used four of the eyeshadow shades in the Too Faced I Want Kandee Eyeshadow Palette. I used “Cream Puff” for my inner corner, “Pastry” for my transition color, “Sweet Toffee” on my lid, and “Hot Chocolate” for the outer corners. Afterward, I used the Candy Liner to create nice, winged eyeliner and I finished my eye makeup with the It Cosmetics Superhero mascara (my new favorite!). I used the Peaches and Cream Peach Kiss lipstick in the shade “Got Peach” to really pull everything together and I’m really happy with the way this look came out. I wore it two days in a row because I loved it that much! It’s a really easy look to do, y biggest suggestion is to blend out your shades as you go, and to take a little at a time because these eyeshadows are really pigmented!

I’m bonkers for eyeshadow palettes, especially ones with very warm, glowy and even earthy tones because those tend to look really good on my tan skin. So when I opened up this palette after fangirling over the fact that I even received a palette, I began fangirling over the shades because OH MY GOSH THEY ARE GORGEOUS. There are 15 shades total and some of them are more pinky-peachy and resemble typical Too Faced eyeshadow palette shades. There were also some deep, maroon and burgundy shades in there too—perfect for fall! My favorite shade is “Sweet Toffee” because it’s a beautiful orangey-brown shimmer, and I usually try to stay away from shimmery eyeshadow shades! It just looks so beautiful in the palette and on my lids. I used this shade in the makeup look you’ll see later, and it was very easy to blend out. All of the shades are really pigmented, too, so a little goes a long way.

I Want Kandee Melted Matte Lipsticks

Too Faced I Want Kandee Collection

If you’ve never tried a Melted Matte lipstick from Too Faced before, seriously, you need to! They are my favorite liquid lipsticks because they actually stay put—yes, even through the cheeseburger test! So I was really excited to see that the I Want Kandee Liquid Lipsticks were from the Melted Matte line. All four shades are super gorgeous. From left to right they are “Melted Ice Cream” “Freshly Baked” “Sweet n’ Sour” and “Tropical Punch.” “Tropical Punch” looks like the wildest looking one because it’s such a bright pink with a lot of purple undertones and I love it! If these don’t scream Kandee Johnson, I don’t know what does.

Peaches And Cream Just Peachy Mattes…

For as long as I can remember, I have been in a long distance relationship with matte eyeshadow. They’re easy to work with and usually don’t look too horrible if you accidentally dust on a little too much. So when I saw that the Peaches And Cream Just Peachy Mattes eyeshadow palette was all beautiful, glowy, mattes I was really excited. They’re all so warm and red/orange toned, which makes you feel so nice and warm for the fall. These shades would be perfect for a day out, and the darker shades can produce gorgeous evening looks. I think my favorite shade on this palette is probably “Peach Sangria” because it’s a gorgeous deep cranberry that I love wearing during the fall because it compliments my skintone so well!
